These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SuperOwl's products — the SuperOwl app, SuperOwl Widget, and SuperOwl Discover — together with our websites and related services (the "Service"), provided by SuperOwl ("SuperOwl", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SuperOwl, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have the authority to bind the business on whose behalf you are registering, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of service
SuperOwl provides: an AI phone assistant that answers calls, qualifies leads, and books appointments (the SuperOwl app); an AI website chat assistant that answers visitors and passes callback requests to you (SuperOwl Widget); and AI-powered local-business search and matching (SuperOwl Discover). The business Services are provided on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go basis and are accessed primarily through the SuperOwl Android application.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate, current information when creating a SuperOwl account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. The business Services are intended for business owners and their authorized representatives.
4. Prepaid credits & billing
SuperOwl's business tools operate on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in packs and deducted based on usage — including per-minute charges for AI-handled calls and chats, and per-use charges for optional features such as human transfer, whisper coaching, owner takeover, and call recording. Current rates and pack pricing are published on our Pricing page and may change from time to time with notice.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
- If your credit balance reaches zero, AI answering and related features will be paused until you recharge.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SuperOwl to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation, including telecom and consumer-protection rules; (b) send unsolicited or fraudulent communications; (c) impersonate any person or business; (d) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service; or (e) use the Service in a way that could harm, mislead, or exploit callers, visitors, or minors.
6. AI-generated responses
SuperOwl's AI is trained on information you provide about your business and generates responses automatically across calls and website chats. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing your business information and for confirming any appointment, price, or commitment the AI communicates on your behalf. SuperOwl's AI does not provide medical, legal, or emergency-response advice and should not be represented to callers as doing so.
7. Matching & Discover
Where enabled, SuperOwl may share limited caller or searcher information with other businesses in its network when a request falls outside what your business offers, in order to connect the person with a more relevant provider. SuperOwl Discover helps people find and compare local businesses; listings and matches are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. You may disable matching for your business at any time in the app.
8. Recording & consent
If you enable call recording, transcription, or chat logging, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including obtaining any consent or providing any notice required in your jurisdiction. SuperOwl provides these features as tools; it is your responsibility to use them lawfully.
9. Intellectual property
SuperOwl and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. You retain ownership of the business content you provide (such as service descriptions and FAQs) and grant SuperOwl a license to use that content to operate and improve the Service on your behalf.
10. Third-party services
SuperOwl may integrate with third-party services such as calendars, CRMs, website platforms, or telephony providers. Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's own terms, and SuperOwl is not responsible for their availability or performance.
11. Termination
You may stop using SuperOwl and delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, with notice where practicable.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every call or chat will be handled without error.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperOwl and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SuperOwl harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law, including laws relating to call recording and consent.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
